hour on-site support, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm. In general terms, our direct on-site
maintenance support costs are 50% per annum lower in cost than SunService. All maintenance service
contracts are supported directly (not sub-contracted out) by our experienced internal engineering team.
