Sun retail Enterprise servers

Sunrise Computer Maintenance Ltd in tandem with our Sun OEM systems imports and distributes a range of new retail Sun warrantied medium to high capacity Sun Enterprise® and Sun Fire® server turnkey solutions. In conjunction with retail Sun server solutions, Sunrise imports a range of Sun-branded D-series and A-series software and hardware RAID disk storage subsystems, supported by a complete range of Sun retail desktop and rack-mounting tape-backup devices and medium to high capacity tape autoloaders and utility software.

Sunrise only purchases new Sun retail product, and thus the product is supplied to the client with a full Sun 12-month manufacturers warranty.

On-site hardware maintenance support.
Sunrise offer a complete range of on-site hardware maintenance support levels, from mission-critical 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 2 hour guaranteed fix for ISPs and telco clients, to the economy of 8 hour on-site support, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm. In general terms, our direct on-site maintenance support costs are 50% per annum lower in cost than SunService. All maintenance service contracts are supported directly (not sub-contracted out) by our experienced internal engineering team.

Sun system upgrades & spare parts.
Sunrise are able to offer a whole range of Sun retail upgrade components from Sun branded CPU and memory boards, I/O modules and power modules, to tape-backup devices and Sun enclosure rack-mounting upgrade kits.
