These are proven, reliable, two-way multiprocessing UltraSPARC® driven PCI systems. The Enterprise® 220R architecture is very similar to that of the Enterprise® 420R and uses identical ASICs. This system offers all of the features of a high end product but at an entry level price-point.

The Enterprise® 220R is supplied in a 5U rack mounting enclosure, is available with optional single or dual-redundant SCSI hardware RAID controllers, and can be configured with either single or dual processors.
